Set a Goal on Mondays (Kim)

I thought it would be fun if we all set a goal on Monday and we share it with everyone. It can be about TJ Ed, organizing your home, or whatever you want to work on. Then on Fridays we will do a Share Something Friday. On Friday we will share a good moment that happened in school, how your goal is going, or share about something fun your family is doing. I would love to hear from everyone out there.

"In reality, you are unlikely to pass on to your children a better education than you have earned yourself, no matter how much you push them or how good the teachers are in their private school. Children tend to rise to the educational level of their parents, and maybe a little above if their parents have shown them that this is important. The most effective way to ensure the quality of their education is to consistently improve your own." --A Thomas Jefferson Education by Oliver Van DeMille p.53
This week we are taking a few days off of school for our spring break, so I am taking this time to work on my own education. I want to finish The Taming of The Shrew for our book club meeting on Thursday. I read a little last night. It is going pretty well. I am finding that I am understanding most of it. It isn't as scary as I thought it would be, and I am actually enjoying the story. I am using No Fear Shakespeare online to read the modern version of the text for the parts that I don't understand. It really helps. This week I also need to get a few things ready to say for the book club about inspiring, and structuring time not content. Amy asked me to talk for a few minutes about what we do during school. I am very excited about it, but I definitely need some time to prepare.

How this works is that you write your Monday goal on your blog and then you include the link here. Then we can click on the link and see what you are working on. This way we can all inspire each other. After you post on your blog click on the title of your article and post that link. That way your link will always take us directly to your goal post.
If you don't have a blog then tell us your goal by leaving a comment.
